As April break approaches and routines shift, we encourage families to create balance by setting small, realistic limits on screen time to help improve sleep, mood, and connection. Even short breaks from devices can make a positive difference and open up time for meaningful activities together, like screen-free meals or afternoons.

Two CVU High School students—senior Clay Nicholson and junior Amelie Fairweather—received top honors at March’s Vermont STEM Fair for their projects that tackle real-world challenges.

On Thursday, April 2, Connecting Youth Mentoring and the CVU Men’s Mental Health Club invites all community members to a screening and discussion of Gone Guys, a Vermont documentary exploring what it’s like for young men to grow up in today’s world.

With Town Meeting Day fast approaching, CVSD Superintendent Adam Bunting is encouraging the community to vote on or before Tuesday, March 3.
